Georgina Terry, the Passions to Profitability Expert, is a qualified accountant (ACCA) and coach with over 20 years’ experience in finance, training, facilitation, project management, mentoring, leadership & business coaching, strategic planning & change management implementation.
She is also an international inspirational speaker and author of the bestselling book The Amazing Race to Entrepreneurial Freedom. She is the Founder/Managing Director of BPD Associates Limited for over 10 years. She is also a certified InfoDev World Bank facilitator co-facilitating a World committed to increasing the number of investable Growth Oriented (GO) women entrepreneurs.
With over 20 years’ of outstanding results delivery and experience, Georgina uses her skills and knowledge globally to help people achieve previously unrealised business and personal goals. Georgina is originally from London, England. Prior to moving to Trinidad in 2001, she worked for The Economist Newspaper Limited and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Lisa-Ann Joseph is the founder and Managing Director of Reputation Management Caribbean Ltd. – one of the leading public relations and crisis communications agencies based in Trinidad and Tobago and services the Caribbean. Lisa-Ann has over 20 years experience in coaching, lecturing, advising, developing, managing and implementing reputation management and crisis communications strategic programmes for multinational, regional and local companies within the energy, retail, telecommunications, manufacturing, gaming and financial sectors. Her clients include Samsung, Coca-Cola, Cable & Wireless, European Union, Unit Trust Corporation, CIBC First Caribbean, Proman Group and others.
She is well respected by CEOs, Executives and Boards as she is frequently called in to advise on issues which have organizational reputational and crisis impact. She is viewed not only as a reputation and communications expert, but as a businessperson and entrepreneur; in fact, her “Master’s Degree” is in entrepreneurship.
Over the years she has expanded and diversified her business portfolio to include launching and managing other businesses with her husband, in retail and commercial as well as investing in real estate.
Born in San Fernando, Lisa-Ann has many success stories and is a strong believer in turning failures into success. From those stories, she learned that success is born in risk, and progress comes from the self-awareness that disables our doubt and self-esteem issues.
One of her passions is helping other women (and men) entrepreneurs grow their business or lead organizations. Two years ago, she developed and executive produced a television series, “Conversations with Women in Leadership”. She feels strongly that she has a responsibility to help other women navigate the entrepreneurial and/or leadership journey byshowing how to turn the stress of a change-driven world into an opportunity to innovate, transform, command presence and lead.
